Dear Team,

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order of the Multi Cleaner Master Combo. My experience with this order has been extremely disappointing and has completely broken my trust in your service.

I ordered the Multi Cleaner Master Combo, which was supposed to contain three products. However, I have received only one product – Beco Kitchen Cleaner. Unfortunately, even this product was delivered in an open condition and appeared to have already been used. Receiving an opened and used product is completely unacceptable, especially when I have paid the full price for the order.

The other two products included in the Multi Cleaner Master Combo have not been delivered at all.

Furthermore, the order was supposed to include two free items:

Aloe Infused Bamboo Wipes
Beco Everyday Discovery Kit
Unfortunately, both of these free items are also missing from my order.

Therefore, I have received only one product out of the complete combo, and that too in an opened and apparently used condition. The remaining two combo products and both promised free items are completely missing.

I am also extremely disappointed with the poor and careless packaging. The way the product was packed and delivered was not acceptable for a product that I have actually paid for. As a paying customer, I expect the products to be properly packed, sealed and delivered in good condition.

I have also been informed that only ₹157 is being refunded. Considering that two products from the combo have not been delivered, along with the two promised free items being missing, I do not understand how ₹157 can be considered an appropriate resolution.

I request you to please investigate my order properly and provide a complete and fair resolution, including an appropriate refund/replacement for the missing products and the opened/used Vico Kitchen Cleaner.

I placed this order based on the trust I had in your brand and the products/services promised to me. However, receiving only one product, which itself was opened and apparently used, while the remaining products and freebies were missing, has been a very disappointing experience.

I paid for this order, and I expect to receive exactly what I ordered and what was promised—not incomplete or used products. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in your brand, and I will have to reconsider placing any future orders with you.

I am also attaching pictures of the received item and the used Beco Kitchen Cleaner for your reference.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide a proper resolution at the earliest.

Gental on color s touch on dirt, collar on shirt surprisingly superb

I had ordered these dishwashing liquids..where the offer was buy2get 1 free.and also one freebie was included in the offer but today when I received the carton contained only 2 packets of 2 litre liquid and the free item was also not added..from then on I'm trying to reach them..but they are not receiving the call nor are they replying back immediately to the messages..
They are just asking to send pictures but not replying back.
I want to replace these items plz
